CAL JRS. 2009-2010 DUES AND PAYMENTS

Operating costs for Cal. Jrs. volleyball club are met through payments by individual club members.  Dues include S.C.V.A. registration fees, local tournament team fees, uniforms, gym rental, equipment and coaching stipends.  Individual club members are expected to follow the below payment schedule.   In order to accommodate our athletes there will be no refunds of dues/fees due to the club's need to subsidize gym rental, equipment and coaching stipends.

Travel Team Fees - will be collected throughout the season and payment dates will be announced.

18s, 17s, 16s, 15s, and 14s travel team fees per player may cover the S.C.V.A. Junior National Qualifier, Far Westerns and
U.S. Junior Olympics or U.S. Junior Invitational, depending on the destination(s) of each team. Fees include tournament team registration fee and/or hotel accommodations, ground and air transportation, gas and parking fees.

Fee values for the 18s teams that travel to Las Vegas for the Las Vegas Invitational will be announced.  Fees include tournament

team registration fee, coach's expenses, and hotel accommodations. Fees for teams that travel to the Volleyball Festival will include air faire, van, coach's expenses, hotel accommodations, tournament fees, food, gas and parking fees.

If payments due are not paid for travel trips before seven days after due date, players may be subject to not travel.

Payment Schedule:

The First payment of $700 is due on day of commitment.

The Second payment of $700 is due no later than January 1, 2010.

The Final payment of $600 is due no later than February 1, 2010.

There will be a $20.00 late fee assessed, if payment is received seven days after the above posted dates.

Checks should be made payable to "Cal Jrs. Volleyball Club." 
Please also include the name of your daughter and team name with payment.
